Terms for working with 3FT2.

These terms set out how 3FT2 handles enquiries and subscription website services linked from this website.

Scope of these terms

These terms apply to the root 3FT2 website and enquiry process only. Project-specific contracts can set additional terms.

Billing and late payment

Billing is monthly. If payment is overdue, 14 days' notice is provided. Services can be paused after that notice period.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time with no cancellation fee. Refunds are not offered for amounts already paid.

Scope and changes

Work is delivered according to agreed scope. If requirements expand significantly, including large new features, additional costs may apply and will be agreed before implementation.

Payments

Subscription billing is monthly. Payment terms are agreed at onboarding and invoices must be paid by the due date.

If payment is not received, 3FT2 will issue a 14-day notice. Services, support, or site updates may be paused after that notice period until payment is brought up to date.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time without a cancellation penalty. Refunds are not offered for fees already paid.

Third-party services

3FT2 uses third-party providers to operate services. While 3FT2 manages integrations and support in good faith, downtime or failures in third-party platforms are outside direct control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
